We help students apply to universities abroad and go after the funding that decides whether they can go, from the first school list to the last aid form. Based in Accra, working online with families everywhere from Tema to Tamale.
How we meet
Google Meet for sessions and WhatsApp in between. You will not need to travel to us, and neither will your parents.
We work online, so there is no office to visit and no opening hours to catch. Book a call and we will find a time that suits your family.
Where we are
Accra. Everyone who would work on your application is in Ghana and has been through this system, so you are not explaining WASSCE or a Ghanaian bank statement to someone abroad.
We take students from anywhere in the country, and the work is the same wherever you are.
In English or Twi
Sessions run in whichever your family is comfortable with. The financial aid session with parents is the one where this matters most.
Parents are welcome on the first call and on every session after it.

Questions about working with us in Accra
Do I have to be in Accra to work with you?
No. We work online, over Google Meet and WhatsApp, with students from Tamale to Takoradi. Being in Accra makes no difference to how we work with you.
Can my parents come to the meeting?
Please bring them. Half of the first call is about what your family can realistically contribute, and the financial aid work later runs through them. We are happy to speak English or Twi.
What does it cost?
The first call is free. The Full Journey is $850 for a full application season, and the two smaller services start lower. Everything is confirmed in writing before you pay. See services and pricing.
Do you help with SAT or WASSCE preparation?
No, we do not tutor for any exam. We can still start before your results arrive: school research, the list and the personal statement do not need a score.
